 Personal Choice PC Prime

On March 1st 2010 Independence Blue Cross eliminated the PC Prime Individual Health Insurance Plans. Additionally all of our clients who were on the plans were transferred out of our book of business.

In order to assist our clients with the transition, we have posted these links to help make it less confusing.

The links are generic documents provided to us as a courtesy for our clients.

If you would like additional information on other available plans, please contact us. If you wish to stay with IBC you will have to choose one of the two remaining options, and enroll directly with IBC. EMA Group cannot enroll members into these plans or make any recommendations regarding the plans.

 Keystone Sole Proprietor Plans

On April 1st 2010 IBC has also eliminated the Licensed Professional Program and Sole Proprietor Keystone Plans.

These plans were guaranteed to be issued "group of one" special programs. Effective immediately we are no longer able to accept applications for these special programs. Any applicant may apply for an individual health insurance plan that is underwritten through any of the insurers that we work with including...Aetna, Keystone, Healthamerica One, Celtic, Patriot or United Healthcare/Golden Rule.

Any Pennsylvania group of two or more employees can apply for a group plan.

 EMA Group Benefits
